Led by a 25-year veteran of Texas politics and corporate communications who has advised two Texas Governors, Quorum has consulted for some of world's most recognized brands on strategic messaging and relationships to achieve their business objectives.

In 1994, Quorum introduced sophisticated grassroots advocacy techniques to the Texas business community. In the 17 years that followed, the company experienced significant growth, expanded its scope of services, and advised venerable brands like AT&T, Exxon Mobil, Ford Motor Company, FEDEX, Dell, and Pfizer on how to deliver the right message to the right people.

In 2011, Quorum was acquired by Weber Shandwick, the world's largest public relations company, and Casselberry joined the firm as a senior vice president in the corporate practice.

Today, Quorum has re-established operations and advises organizations and the role of its "influence network" in those communications.
